AfricaPlan Foundation is a non-profit organisation on a mission to create opportunity pathways into technology careers for underserved youth across Nigeria. Through its flagship program HackathonAfrica, the foundation offers a 3-month immersive training bootcamp that converts recent graduates into job-ready developers — with full scholarships, hands-on mentorship, internships, and job placements. As the Pioneer Project Coordinator, I helped design and execute the curriculum, mentor cohorts, build the internal systems and tools for participant tracking, and support growth & outreach efforts.
